Du har ju arbetat som anställd på såväl stora koncerner i Sverige som start-ups i Silicon Valley. Varför lockar livet som konsult på 720-gruppen?

Vilka är de största tekniska utmaningarna företag står inför just nu?
Technical strategies for engaging with their customers, new and old. But also understanding how to analyze data and how to act on it, and of course keeping their software projects focused and on track.
Vilka områden har du kompetens inom?
I have worked hands-on with product and software development, leadership and management. More recently a lot of B2B SaaS and data analytics, but with a long history in B2C applications.
Konkret, vad kommer du att kunna hjälpa 720-gruppens kunder med?
I will help our customers by optimizing their business and data by leveraging best in class technical tools and practices. It usually starts with analyzing the current situation and then developing their technical capabilities and organization. I can also lead them through product and software development projects and helping them digitalizing their customer engagement with a startup mentality.
